Bon locataire. Modeste, honnête, discret. Associable, mais c'est très bien pour une location à long terme. Il ne vous dérangera jamais. Je le recommande.

Yvan est très sympathique et à l'aise, ce qui est agréable. Sa compagne est également charmante. J'ai passé une très bonne soirée en leur compagnie. Ils seront toujours les bienvenus chez moi.

The location is easily accessible to the center of the city, and there are some bus stops and a big supermarket around here. In addition, the owner constantly keeps rooms clean. Although I totally can't speak French, she communicated with me in English, which was really helpful for me.
