Un accueil au top dans une maison bien située, proche plage et commerces.
Très contente de mon séjour chez yannick , la chambre et l'appartement sont très propres, fonctionnels et agréable à vivre et Yannick est lui-même une personne très sympa et avec qui on peut discuter, je recommande !

My stay in Eleuterio's apartment was extremely amazing. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The apartment has a modern, cozy and peaceful vibe to it. It was kept very clean and tidy. It is situated in a central area where there is easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, universities like the ITCILO and many other places. Eleuterio is an amazing gentleman and landlord! He is very reliable, accommodating, friendly and professional. As an international student, Eleuterio made me feel very welcomed, comfortable and assured during my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to stay in Turin. :)
Shanice è una persona tranquilla che rispetta le regole dell'appartamento. Nel periodo che ha usufruito della stanza c'è stata l'epidemia Covid-19 e problemi operativi tra l'Italia ed il suo paese, questo ha causato ritardi nei pagamenti e nei programmi di partenza a fine locazione. Io sono stato comprensivo e Shanice alla fine ha rispettato tutti i suoi impegni.
