Staying in Farzaneh's room was a great experience. She offered a clean room with everything a student or worker living in Quebec needs, providing a safe space and respectful roommates. The kitchen is functional, and she provides space for you to store your food.

A very respectful, kind, organized, and dependable man. He was always considerate of others and carried himself with professionalism and integrity.

The house had a great atmosphere. t's not far from Laval University, the Saint Lawrence River / promenade champlin (for walking), the Laurier shopping center, and the Sainte-Foy bus station. Also, Farzaneh was very accommodating and the other roomates very welcolming x)
